Job Qualifications The proposed candidate shall meet the following minimum qualifications and experience requirements: Possess a valid NIOSH/ NEBOSH/ Safety and Health Officer (SHO) Certificate, or a Degree/ Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health or equivalent. Minimum of twenty (20) years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with substantial exposure to onshore and offshore EHS activities. Minimum of ten (10) years of experience as a Site EHS on projects directly with an upstream Oil & Gas Operator, managing contractor EHS activities during fabrication, T&I, and HUC phases. Experience reviewing, implementing, and monitoring Project EHS Management Plans and associated safety procedures. Experience in managing offshore campaign pre‑mobilization activities, including onboarding, MTEC inspections, marine vessel pre‑hire EHS inspections, and DROPS inspections.
