Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Acquisition Paralegal to support our telecommunications infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and preparing legal documents related to property acquisition, negotiating with property owners and stakeholders, coordinating with government agencies, and ensuring compliance with applicable Philippine laws and regulations.

This role is ideal for individuals with experience in telecom site acquisition, property documentation, contract management, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Legal Documentation & Contract Management

• Review, analyze, and validate property-related documents to ensure completeness and legal compliance.
• Draft, prepare, and process contracts, agreements, and other legal instruments required for site acquisition and leasing activities.
