In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Follow Emerson’ FSM process and maintain all SIS related documentation as per safety lifecycle requirementAct as SIS Lead for the projectAct as primary work with customer for Safety scope of the projectSupport Project Manager for all technical aspects of Safety scope of the projectAnalyze customer inputs and understand requirements such as Design Specifications, P&IDs, Control Narratives, IO list, Instrument Index, Operating Philosophies, Cause & effect diagrams, FGS layouts etc.Handle team of SIS SW/HW Engineer working on projectVerify compliance to IEC/other as per project’s requirementRaise Technical QueriesDevelop Safety System DesignPerform I/O to Safety Logic Solver AssignmentDefine Software ConceptsDefine Hardware ConceptsDefine third party interfaces (eg. Addressable FGS.)Develop SW library (Logic as well as ...
