- Handle payroll queries and provide timely resolutions to client concerns.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory contributions, including CPF, income tax, and other related filings.
- Prepare and reconcile payroll reports for clients, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources and Finance teams to address payroll-related needs.
- Stay updated on Singapore payroll legislation and implement changes as required.
- Maintain accurate payroll documentation and records for audit purposes.
- Provide exceptional client service by addressing payroll-related inquiries in a professional manner.
