What you will do: In this critical role, your main purpose will be to provide high-quality simulator training to qualified cadets and plant personnel.

You will also:

• Design & Lead Training: Prepare lesson plans, conduct initial and ongoing simulator training on Ovation Operator and Engineering Applications, and evaluate trainee performance.
• Assess Operators: Perform crucial assessments of Control Room Operators and Assistant Control Room Operators before they are confirmed in their positions.
• Provide DCS Technical Support: Collaborate with plant stakeholders to develop, test, and implement control system logic and build mathematical models using the Ovation Embedded Simulator.
• Drive the Cadetship Program: Assist in developing and teaching overall training plans with international training center programs.
