Knowledge Requirements

1. Good understanding of signal integrity and power integrity principals

2. Signal integrity extraction/3D models generation experience Cadence, HFSS and Siemens Advanced Solvers

3. Expertise in circuit simulation with different tools such as Hspice, ADS, Cadence TopXp

4. System level SI simulation using simulation tools

5. Tools Used : Cadence PowerSI/ Agilent ADS/ Siemens Advanced Solver/Allegro SIP/Ansys SI wave, HFSS

6. Expertise in circuit simulation with different tools such as Hspice and ADS.

Experience Requirements

1. Minimum 5+ years of experience in SI/PI area,

2. Experience in board/package design SI/PI analysis

3. Proven ability to use modern tools for S-parameter extraction of board/package .
