**Lead Sign Installer**

**Overview**

The Lead Sign Installer is responsible for safely installing, servicing, and removing a wide range of interior and exterior signage while leading field operations and mentoring junior team members.

This role blends hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities, including crew coordination, equipment oversight, and collaboration with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

+ Install, service, and remove signage including channel letters, monument signs, pylon signs, wall graphics, and window films
+ Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, site surveys, and installation drawings
