**Responsibilities:**
+ Develop regional territory sales plans with realistic territory potential, achievable targets and predictable revenue growth.
+ Develop long-term new customer targets and strategic partnerships with actionable goals to attain their business.
+ Develop strong relationships with siding and roofing vendors to obtain project lead opportunities.
+ Participate in related construction association events to continue to develop current/new opportunities.
+ Maintain current and accurate activities of sales efforts through BrandSafway CRM interface ( **Salesforce)**
+ Understanding of specifications/project drawings within division 7 siding and roofing scope of work.
