Job Description
- Local sales channel strategy development including implementation.
- Assumes sia Abrasives duties in the country (towards internal and external stakeholders)
- P&L responsibility (Local Contribution Margin) for sia incl. sales related budgets and headcounts.
- Lead and develop a local sales team and foster a strong performance culture.
- Develops the people and their skills to meet future requirements and success factors.
- Implement sales standards to ensure systematic go to market approach and high efficiency / sales performance
- Constantly identifies and develops talents for higher sales management
- Responsible for steering, target setting, monitoring of KPIs and securing of agreed sales targets
- Strengthen the OnePT culture (externally and internally)
