Description 

We are currently seeking a dependable and professional Shunt Driver (Class 1) to join our team for day shift terminal operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy a structured work environment, excel in coordinating trailer movements, and are committed to safety and operational efficiency. 

What You'll Do:

Safely perform shunting duties within the terminal, including trailer spotting, trailer swaps, and yard coordination.
Move equipment between loading docks, yard lanes, and designated staging areas.
Ensure accurate trailer placement to support smooth freight flow and on‑time dispatch.
Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections on tractors and report any defects promptly.
Maintain communication with dispatch, dock staff, and operations teams to support daily scheduling needs.
