THE ROLE

Reporting to the National Safety Manager Safety Health & Sustainability (SHS) this exciting role will be responsible for delivery and contribution to the sites safety management plans and key objectives. Within our Thrive strategy we have identified our 5 focus areas being Safety, Planet, Performance, Wellbeing and Opportunity. By focusing on the stuff that matters we will achieve our aspirational goal of Zero Harm across the business. The SHS Advisor will work with the site leadership team and Division SHS Team to execute our strategic and operational plans and driving behavioural safety change across the business, and day to day support and advice to a variety of stakeholder’s.
