Position Overview
1Fill in checklists for Personal hygiene, Dress code, Nametag, food safety (humidity, temperature of refrigerators)
2 Resolve problems between employees
3 Set targets for the team and follow up on achievements
4 Conduct trainings to employees frequently
5 Report the attendance, absence and employee's issue to the HR department
6 Suggest ideas and new products for the bakery and the snack section
7 Follow-up on customer complaints and coordinate with customer services to resolve queries.
8 Ensure that employees provide the highest standards of customer satisfaction and quality service
9 Ensure that internal transfers are done properly in the showroom (Make orders for all materials used in the showroom)
10 Participate in staffing and building a productive and successful sales team
11 Ensure that the Showroom and all displays are always neat, tidy, and full
12 Check if any tool or equipment need maintenance ...
