Our client an Interior company in Paarl is looking for a Showroom Assistant / Internal Sales.
Purpose of the Job:
The Receptionist and Internal Salesperson is responsible for assisting walk in visitors, following up on all requests via email or on social media for quotes and appointments for sales consultants, as well as receiving and assisting customers via phone calls.
The person is also responsible to assist agents and updating price lists and maintaining the showroom and swatches. The Order Administrator & Logistics is responsible for ensuring that there is proper installation management and that orders are managed properly, the role also entails receiving incoming visitors and phone calls and assisting clients and agents.
Requirements:
Matric with relevant qualifications
Experience in Front office and Internal Sales
Previous experience in the Interior industry will count in your favor
