Responsibilities: Create and direct world class shows and performances for Resorts World Sentosa including (but not limited to): Universal Studios Singapore (USS), Singapore Oceanarium (SGO), Adventure Cove Waterpark (ACW), Casino dinners/galas, and other exciting resort-wide projects as required. Direct and maintain permanently installed select shows in USS (eg. Donkey Live, Transformers, Mel's Stage, Pantages Theatre, Face Characters, Hosts, Skips and Stilts, and Animated Characters as required), including documentation of show notes. Create and direct marquee events in the resort and liaise with the Producers and Production Management team to execute events. Develop scripts, storyboards, and creative concepts for shows and events. Conduct auditions, casting, and talent management for assigned shows. Drive creative development for daily operational shows and seasonal events, ensuring innovative and engaging content.
