Position Overview
1、负责酒店客房、餐饮及其他产品的收益管理,制定并执行定价策略,优化收入结构;
2、分析市场趋势、竞争对手动态及客户需求,调整价格和库存策略,提升整体收益;
3、监控预订数据、入住率及市场表现,定期生成收益分析报告,提出改进建议;
4、与销售、市场及前厅部门协作,确保收益管理策略的有效落地;
5、利用收益管理系统(RMS)或相关工具,优化预测模型,提高预测准确性;
6、参与制定年度预算及收益目标,并跟踪执行情况,确保目标达成;
7、定期评估促销活动及渠道效果,调整策略以最大化收益。
1、对收益管理或数据分析有浓厚兴趣,具备逻辑思维和数字敏感度;
2、熟练使用Excel等办公软件,能处理和分析大量数据;
3、具备良好的沟通协调能力,能与跨部门团队高效合作;
4、学习能力强,能快速掌握收益管理工具及行业动态;
5、有酒店行业或相关领域工作经验者优先,无经验者可培养;
6、工作细致认真,能承受一定压力,适应快节奏工作环境。
