In this role, you will report to the Planning Coordinator and be responsible for the creation of effective short-term plans over a challenging schedule. Your insights will be essential for defining and monitoring work procedures and compliance, enhancing access to operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and define short-term work schedules
• Adjust plans based on field data and monitor compliance
• Offer implementation strategies for mining operations
• Conduct regular inspections and lead safety initiatives
• Collaborate and participate in necessary evaluations and recommendations
Requirements:
• Degree in mining or geological engineering
• At least five years in the mining sector
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English
