Position: Claims Team Leader (Full-Time) Location: Gqeberha We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and driven Claims Team Leader to join our team in Gqeberha. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage the claims team to ensure efficient and accurate claims processing
• Drive team performance and maintain high service delivery standards
• Provide coaching, training, and performance management to team members
• Handle escalated claims and client queries professionally
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

• Proven experience in a short-term insurance claims environment
• Experience working on CIMS (Cardinal) is essential
• Experience with binder and non-binder products
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and develop a team
• Previous supervisory or team leader experience will be advantageous
