Position Overview
We’re looking for a bold, trend-savvy Creative Director – Short Form to lead the creative vision behind all short-format content for our personal brand.
This is not a traditional creative role — we need someone who understands what makes content viral, can think in series, formats, and hooks, and can turn ideas into high-performing content at scale.
What You’ll Do - Lead the creative direction for all short-form content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
- Conceptualize and launch campaigns, episodic series, and viral formats
- Develop storyboards, scripts, and creative frameworks for content execution
- Oversee the content team (videographers/editors) and ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment
- Stay ahead of trends, formats, and platform algorithms to keep content fresh and relevant
- Collaborate with Marketing & PR teams to align content with business and brand goals
