Creating, Executing and Measuring of Shopper Marketing Execution Plan.Developing a comprehensive understanding of the regional shopper group, including their needs, preferences, and shopping behaviors.Working collaboratively with Category Development Managers, Key Account Managers, Area Portfolio & Trade Marketing Managers to execute on growth opportunities.Developing a solid understanding of 3M brands, products and brand campaigns.Having deep understanding of the customer landscape and their go-to-market strategies, marketing tactics, target audiences, tools and operations....
