As a Shopfloor Planner, you will drive on‑time delivery by translating production plans into clear, executable schedules that keep the shopfloor running smoothly. Anticipate and resolve constraints by balancing demand, materials, and capacity to prevent disruptions before they impact output. Be the operational link between planning, warehouse, and production teams to ensure fast decisions and consistent execution.

Responsibilities

Production Planning & Release

• Translate the Master Production Schedule (MPS) into weekly and daily shopfloor production plans.
• Release production orders to the warehouse and shopfloor in line with material availability and readiness.
• Ensure production orders are accurate, complete, and released on time to support uninterrupted manufacturing flow.
