+ Must be able to function as a leader, direct and give job assignments, enforce company policies, and help train other department employees.
+ Organize and assign work.
+ Assist with the responsibilities of shop services personnel as required.
+ Use lift trucks to transport scrap steel and metal shavings from plants to outside storage bins.
