Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring Industrial Shop Painters for manufacturing projects in the **Topeka, KS** area. The pay range is **$24-$30** per hour based on experience. All painters are scheduled 40+ hours a week. We are seeking skilled craftsmen to join our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven professionals. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit.

**Ultimate Job Duties**

+ Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking components to meet specifications
+ Select, mix, and apply industrial coatings (paints, primers, or specialty finishes) with precision
+ Inspect painted surfaces for quality, ensuring adherence to tight tolerances and error-free finishes
+ Maintain and clean painting equipment, including spray guns and booths
