Position Overview
- Shop Manager for all staff and operational issues as well as boost up the sales
- Motivate and monitor the team to provide excellent service to our customers
- Achieve company's sales targets
- Maximize the sales turnover and profitabilty of the store
- Handle any ad hoc tasks as assigned
- Responsible for the daily store operations and supervising a team of retail associates ensure smooth operation
- Ensuring visual merchandising and housekeeping are kept to company standard
- Maintaining a high standard of personal and team members grooming & approriate conduct
- Provides excellent customer service and maintains a pleasant shopping environment consistent with our brand image
