Responsibilities

• Strong work ethic and maintain a high level of accuracy
• Accurately process sales on the POS system
• Ensure prices and quantities are accurate and provide a receipt for each sale
• Handle cash properly and record all transactions accurately
• Accurately process refunds and/or exchange items
• Accurately balance the cash register during daily cash‑ups
• Bag or wrap purchases to ensure safe transport
• Provide basic information to customers on products, promotions and/or item location in the W‑IP
• High level of energy and customer‑service oriented
• Establish customer needs and use product knowledge to provide solutions
