A day in the life… 

+ Perform and complete Shoe Care tasks according to Nordstrom guidelines and service standards

+ Ensure the shine stand is organized and ready to deliver on customer expectations

+ Shine shoes; provide consultation on care of shoes and minor repair on shoes

+ Utilize store technology to answer phones, check out customers and properly record customer information.

+ Meet department and individual productivity goals

+ Communicate supply needs in a timely manner to manager

+ Maintain accurate records of shoe care transactions and record tips daily

+ May flex into other shoe stock and cleaning tasks when needed
