E.H Wachs, an ITW Company, is seeking a Shipping Supervisor to join our team in Lincolnshire, IL. The Shipping Supervisor will be responsible for all duties associated with inbound and outbound shipments for our Lincolnshire facility.

+ Directly supervise hourly shipping and receiving clerks.
+ Train, plan, and assign work within department.
+ Maintain accurate work instructions for the shipping and receiving functions.
+ Step into the shipping and receiving clerk positions as needed.
+ Manage the flow of products both inbound and outbound to maintain a clear and clutter free work area.
+ Coordinate freight pickups and deliveries.
+ Manage all shipping accounts to ensure competitive shipping rates.
+ Approve inbound and outbound shipping invoices.
