On behalf of our client, a well-established foreign bank, we are looking for a Shipping Relationship Manager to oversee day-to-day counter operations and provide high-quality service to both customers and internal departments.
Key responsibilities for this position are as follows:
Assist in Supervising, authorizing the day-to-day counter operations.Review, update clients KYC information on a regular basis, and other compliance related work of department.Check the daily transaction vouchers and deliver them to Financial Department in a timely manner.Prepare and check relevant reports.Add, modify and update department policy and procedure accordingly.Liaise with internal departments, customers and any third parties involved in the client’s transaction.Perform any other tasks assigned ...
