We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team in Mansfield, MA. This role is ideal for candidates with warehouse experience who are comfortable working both on the warehouse floor and in an office setting.

**Responsibilities**


+ Assemble and fulfill customer orders for shipment
+ Pick and pack orders using RF handheld scanners
+ Prepare shipments for customers and other company divisions
+ Schedule, load, and unload LTL freight shipments
+ Process shipping paperwork, bills of lading (BOLs), and customer shipping instructions
+ Verify shipment accuracy and ensure proper packaging and labeling
