Job Description
Liaise with freight forwarders and customs declaration brokers for transport arrangement, customs declaration and payment, etc.Preparation of sea/air customs declaration documents and other related documents, responsible for the entry of shipping data.Responsible for organizing and filing customs declaration documents etc.Responsible for keying in data according to the shipping plan without delay, for preparation of customs declaration documents.Other work assigned by superior. Skills and Abilities Required
Good communication skills in English, written and verbal - CET4 or above.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook), and Microsoft Excel for generating statistical reports.Familiar with ERP system (SAP operation experience is preferred).
