Job Responsibilities:
Monitor vessel movements to ensure seamless operational processes.
Manage contract administration and documentation.
Coordinate with clients on vessel schedules, positions, and specific requirements.
Analyse demurrage and claims calculations, including follow-ups.
Support the commercial team with operational matters.
Assist and report to the direct supervisor on operational issues.
Requirements:
Independent, motivated, and possess strong coordination, communication, and teamwork skills (spoken & written).
Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of handling pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum 3 years' experience in Shipping Operations
