Job Summary We are hiring a Shipping Admin to manage daily shipping and logistics operations for a chemical manufacturing company. The role requires accuracy, coordination, and strong communication skills.
Job Title: Shipping Admin
Salary: S$2,500 - S$3,000
Location: West (Chemical Manufacturing)
Working Days: 5.5 days (Alternate Sat)
Responsibilities - Prepare and check shipping documents (Invoice, DO, Packing List, Bill of Lading, MSDS, etc.)
- Arrange and track local/overseas shipments (sea, air, courier)
- Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and customers
- Ensure compliance with customs, export/import, and DG requirements
- Work with production/warehouse teams for timely dispatch
- Maintain shipment and inventory records, update system (ERP/Excel)
