Position Overview
Job Description - Prepare and process shipping documents (Bill ofLading, packing lists, certificates of origin) for import/export compliance.
- Liaise with forwarders, transporters, and internaldepartments for timely shipment bookings and deliveries.
- Input tracking data, inventory movements, andorder information into ERP systems like SAP.
- Handle client inquiries regarding shipment status andprovide customer service.
- Assist in packing, sorting, and verifying inventoryaccuracy.
Job Requirements - Minimum NITEC in related field.
- Engineering background is a plus.
- Preferably 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Basic English written and spoken.
