Job purpose:
You will be responsible in performing all activities related to freight forwarding services for both inbound and outbound shipments as well as tracking shipment schedule and processing shipment documentation as per customer orders.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Contracting freight forwarding service for all inbound and outbound shipments at the most cost effective manner Generate documentation required as per customer order, track shipment schedule and support in shipment arrangement as per agreed contractual terms and conditions. Supporting outbound, inbound shipment and sampling outgoing quality check activities. Monitor material inbound/outbound shipment and ensure that they meet the requirement. Manage all activities in the shipping areas and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
