Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Shipping Executive / Shipping Assistant to join our logistics team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end shipment activities, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting warehouse operations to facilitate smooth and timely dispatch of goods.

Key Responsibilities 1.

Shipment Coordination & Processing Arrange and coordinate both local and international shipments.

Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, shipping lines, couriers, and transport providers.

Schedule pickups, deliveries, and shipment timelines.

Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve delays or delivery issues.
