Job Summary
The Shipping Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end sea and air freight operations, including both import and export shipments (FCL and LCL). This role ensures timely cargo movement ,accurate documentation, and compliance with regulatory requirements, while maintaining efficient coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
. Manage local freight operations for both import and export shipments (FCL & LCL), ensuring timely clearance and smooth execution of shipping processes
. Oversee air freight (B2B)shipments, coordinating with airlines, agents and end customers to ensure prompt deliveries
. Coordinate bookings with carriers, plan shipment schedules, and monitor cargo movement to ensure on-time delivery
. Prepare and review shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (B/L), invoices, packing lists, and cargo manifests to ensure compliance
