Coordinate with third‑party documentation vendors (freight forwarders, documentation providers, insurers) to ensure timely and accurate trade documentation.
Monitor vendor performance and elevate issues as needed.
Analyze trade data to identify trends, opportunities, and cost‑saving measures.
Liaise between internal teams (logistics, finance, legal) and vendors for seamless communication.
Serve as the business owner of Trade Systems—overseeing functionality, performance, and compliance.
Collaborate with IT, compliance, and operations teams to define system requirements and implement enhancements.
Maintain system governance, user access, data integrity, and SOPs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
