Position Overview
Shipping Assistant (MNC / Marine and Power Industries) Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm // 8.30am-5.30pm ( NO OT Required )
Location: 2-3 bus stop from Clementi MRT, Singapore
Basic: $3,000 - $3,700 + AWS + Performance Bonus ( March )
Requirements - Strong knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping requirements
- Proficiency in ERP systems, shipping software, and relevant IT tools
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the shipping and logistics industry, preferably handling marine or engineering equipment and spare part
Job Scopes - Ensuring a smooth and efficient transportation of goods from warehouse to various destinations
- Manage billing to customers with high accuracy
- Preparation and Stock entries into system
- Work closely with the procurement and warehouse teams to meet customers' needs
