**Job Description**

This role serves as a key member of the warehouse team, focusing on shipping and receiving activities in a manufacturing environment. The Shipping and Receiving Specialist accurately processes inbound and outbound shipments, operates material handling equipment, and maintains organized inventory and documentation while following safety and regulatory requirements.

**Responsibilities**

+ Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against packing lists and bills of lading, and ensure accuracy of quantities and documentation.
+ Prepare outbound shipments using FedEx, UPS, or DHL platforms, including creating shipping labels, bills of lading (BOLs), and other required documentation.
+ Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to load, unload, move, and stage materials and finished goods throughout the warehouse and manufacturing facility.
