**Job Description**

We are seeking a dedicated Shipping & Receiving Lead/Clerk to join our team. We specialize in building and manufacturing Cold Forming machines and have a Field Service division that services our brand machines at customer facilities. Our work environment is characterized by a small, family-type atmosphere with both office and manufacturing/warehouse space.

**Responsibilities**

+ Handle shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
+ Maintain inventory control and perform computer data entry for tracking purposes.
+ Understand and execute shop order processes, reporting, and basic EMS system requirements.
+ Work effectively with minimal supervision.
+ Communicate well with internal and external customers and solve problems efficiently.
