BAE Systems is hiring a Project / Ship Manager to support our Maritime Solutions business in Norfolk, VA. This role will lead the daily execution of a project/ship and members of the Ship Management team, which coordinate and direct the work of trades and subcontractors to perform work for the entire availability/contract.

The Project/Ship Manager has the responsibility to efficiently meet project safety, quality, schedule, and cost goals, while leading multiple area managers. You will work with multiple departments and processes to support production efforts across entire repair team to support work execution, problem solving, planning, and process improvement.
