We are a local ship agency seeking a motivated
Boarding Officer
to join our operations team. You will be responsible for attending to vessels at
terminals and anchorage
, supporting shipboard formalities, and ensuring smooth coordination between the vessel, authorities, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
Attend and board vessels at
PSA Terminals
and
Singapore Anchorage
Handle
arrival and departure clearance
with relevant authorities
Assist in
cargo operations coordination
Manage documentation and ship agency formalities
Liaise with ship crew, port officials, and internal teams
Support other ship agencyrelated tasks as required
Requirements

Able to work in a fastpaced, operational environment
