Job Summary:

The Shift Team Supervisor (STS) will take a key role in the daily operation of the facility utilizing established procedures, standards and daily targets for efficiencies and compliance. This individual must ensure that the units remain within the design and operating PSM limits at all times.This position will also plan, supervise, and direct all operations and maintenance activities of one of four shifts, ensuring its effective operation by coordinating and directing employees, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance of subordinates. This role also provides the lead role during nights and weekends at the facility. This is a rotating (days/night) 12-hour shift position including weekends, and holidays that requires reliable attendance.
