Job Description

Procter & Gamble (P&G) is one of the world’s leading companies in the manufacture of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) making globally admired brands such as Gillette, Pampers, Fairy and Oral-B. This is an opportunity to be part of a robust and hard-working team delivering the base operational and customisation business at Skelmersdale Distribution Centre.


As a Shift Supervisor on site you will be responsible for all areas of operational work required to ensure the business runs smoothly with no outages.


Note this role is initially based on 2 cycle shift pattern over 5 days (Monday-Friday 06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00) with a Competitive Salary alongside an additional shift pay of £273 per month.


What you’ll do:
+ IWS & Standardized Work: Execute processes as per the standard with ability to challenge a process through root cause analysis and to update/create a standard.
