Position Statement:  

The Residential Shift Supervisor - TIP supports the Program Supervisor in the daily operations of the program and plays an integral role in the supervision and development of Youth Development Professionals (YDPs). In the absence of the Program Supervisor, the Shift Supervisor assumes administrative and supervisory responsibilities to ensure uninterrupted program operations.
