Position Overview
Responsible for night shift operations for industrial gas turbine component repairs; leading a team of technicians across multiple process areas.
Key Responsibilities - Oversee night shift operations of incoming inspection, chemical stripping, thermal spraying and heat treatment.
- Conduct toolbox and daily management system meetings covering safety, quality, delivery and cost (SQDC).
- Manage shift manpower deployment and attendance; Escalate issues via MyAndon or other established channels.
- Ensure full compliance with EHS requirements including emergency response, incident investigation and reporting.
- Ensure full compliance with quality requirements; enforce standard work following work instructions and quality forms.
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues; coordinate with Maintenance team to minimize downtime.
