Our client is looking for a highly capable and hands-on Shift Supervisor to oversee plant operations and resources across production and maintenance ensuring that targets are met safely, efficiently, and with high product quality.This role is critical in leading the shift team, taking proactive decisions on the floor, and driving continuous improvement in line with operational objectives.
