JOB SUMMARY: The Shift Supervisor must have basic process knowledge of the site on each phase. Know the how, what, who and when of actual daily operations. Know the labor contract, company policies, (attendance, discipline, vacation, holidays, safety rules and appropriate responses to different situations). Know how to investigate an accident and be able to do work orders in the mining industry.

• Must be able to work rotating shift of (07:00 AM to 07:00 PM/07:00 PM to 07:00 AM Rotating Shift Every 3 Months).


• Must have supervisory experience.


• Must have computer skills.


• Must have background in manufacturing (Dry Products, Elevation Transfer Units)/Mining industry experience.


• Union Experience (hourly union staff).
