Role – Shift Superintendent x2

Location – Scotland

Mint Selection are partnered with a leading offshore marine contractor to recruit x2 experienced Shift Superintendents for an upcoming offshore campaign based in Scotland.

This requirement is for two separate specialisms:

• x1 Shift Superintendent with proven trenching experience
• x1 Shift Superintendent with proven cable installation / cabling experience

These positions will support a major offshore subsea campaign onboard a vessel environment and require individuals with strong offshore operational experience, capable of coordinating complex marine activities safely and efficiently.

Scope of Work

Lead and oversee offshore operations during assigned shift periods, ensuring activities are executed safely, efficiently and in line with project procedures.
