About the Role

Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager (RGM), the hourly Shift Manager plays an important role in keeping day‑to‑day operations running smoothly during scheduled shifts. This role is perfect for someone who loves engaging conversations, engaging others, and setting a positive tone for both the team and our guests.

In this role, you support the team while on shift by providing direction, answering questions, and helping maintain high standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness. Your support helps create a positive work workplace and contributes to the overall success of each shift.
