Job Description
- Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts.
- Ensure all procedures, policies, and standards are followed.
- Coordinate staff activities to maintain smooth workflow.
- Monitor equipment, inventory, and supplies; report or resolve any issues.
- Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to staff.
- Conduct shift briefings and ensure employees understand their duties.
- Handle scheduling changes, breaks, and workload balancing.
- Manage cash registers, payments, and end-of-shift cash reconciliation.
- Prepare shift reports and documentation as required.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and inventory.
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelorβs degree in business, management, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
